Course description:
10km- medium difficulty, trail route, out and back with some hills. 5km - mild difficulty, mostly paved route, some trail, small hill. 1km – easy. All distances will be contained in the park, which should eliminate some safety hazards.

Other Information
This is a fun run to support the Saint John SPCAAR. All money will be donated directly to them. This is not a timed race but there will be a time clock for those who wish to keep track of finish time. Medals will be given to all finishers and there will be some draw prizes. There will be a cash BBQ at the finish and money raised will also be donated to SPCAAR. Children and pets welcome, please obey the lease rules of the park.
