#7 - In most cases you can lose to (or beat) the same person every race
#6 - You can strengthen your ankles with all the fun rocky trail running whilst trying not to take a header down on the uneven downhills
#5 - You get to do laundry mid weekend to have enough running clothes to run in
#4 - You get to enjoy many. many brutal hills - did we mention that one already?
#3 - You get to wake up earlier on the weekend than you normally do for work
#2 - Instead of just being sore after the marathon, you can enjoy gradual onset muscle soreness all weekend long

Aug 6 2008 - KVC Marathon/Marathon Relay

Coast Tire KVC Marathon/Marathon Relay is pleased to announce that this year's event (Oct 19th) will see both halves of our marathon as certified half marathons so that 2 person teams will get certificates showing their respective times. RunNB will include both half marathon times as part of the Stats.
