Jun 10 2012 - Jeremie Pellerin shines at Chaleur 10k race.

It was the 22nd running of the Chaleur 10k in Beresford, and once again Denis St. Onge and his team put on a remarkable event, with nearly 500 runners participating!  Jeremie Pellerin set a New Brunswick record for M19, in an official time of 31:50 beating the old record by 9 seconds. It's an indication of Jeremie's ability that the FORMER record holder was a 16-year-old in 1987 by the name of Joel Bourgeois.  Paula Keating had a PB of 36:34, Patty Blanchard started her comeback with a 39:36, and Rob Jackson set his second M50 provincial record of 2012 with a 35:32.
